Little things in Colombia that leave us like "WTF" and that NASA still can't explain.
In Colombia, there are things that, even if you see them a thousand times, will always leave you with a look of disbelief. Those small, everyday situations that are only understood here and that make us wonder: How did we get to this point?
1. People who stand up as soon as the plane lands
The plane lands, the seatbelt is still on, but there they are: the ones jumping out of their seats as if the oxygen was running out. Hey, buddy, relax. You'll be much more comfortable sitting than balancing in the aisle with the door still closed. A cup of coffee to calm your nerves?
2. Rows that generate more rows
In Colombia, if there's a line, there are always 30 other women who come to ask, "What do you sell here?" and, out of curiosity or gossip, end up queuing too. The result: an endless line for an empanada stand or an office that serves no more than 10 people a day. Patience, my friends, patience.
3. The gossip that generates tacos
There's no better example of the love of gossip than a road accident. It may be a minor scratch, but everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, stops to look and analyze. Of course, this creates a traffic jam of epic proportions. Because in Colombia, gossip is practically a national sport.
4. People who don't have a Bohío yet
This is truly an unsolved mystery. With so many beautiful options and beachy styles, how is it that some people still don't have their bohío piece? Definitely something that leaves anyone wondering WTF.
