Birthday discount terms and conditions

Bohío Playa gives each customer a 15% discount on its products during their birthday month.

It is valid on any day of the customer's birthday month in physical stores (Bogotá Muelle calle 80, Medellín Cabaña Laureles, Medellín Muelle Oviedo local 3164) or on the website www.bohioplaya.com.

It cannot be combined with other promotions we have running that month in-store or on the website (first purchase coupon, clothing sales, Black Days, Cyber Days, Bohío Anniversary. No type of promotion).

No additional discount will be given if you require a change.

Only one purchase per month is allowed.

Customers must present their ID at the point of sale or at the WPP (website address: +57 310 4753458). The ID must belong to the person making the purchase; IDs belonging to family members, friends, or acquaintances are not permitted.

Shipping, warranty, and return policies.

Shipping:

To MEDELLÍN or the Aburra Valley: Our delivery time is 2 to 3 business days. These deliveries are carried out by a network of allied delivery drivers in a sustainable manner. The price is $10,000 to $15,000.

TO THE REST OF COLOMBIA: Our delivery time is 2 to 7 business days for major cities designated by our partner carriers, and for other cities, it can take up to 10 business days. Prices can range from $12,000 to $30,000 depending on your location.

Changes, guarantees and returns:

The Bohío Playa garment warranty is lifetime on stitching and buttons. This applies to shirts, shorts, nightgowns, camisoles, sweatshirts, sweaters, swimsuits, and bathing suits. It does not apply to accessories such as tikis, sunglasses, towels, sarongs, and caps. These accessories are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase.

Please note that to make this warranty valid, the garment must be taken to a Bohío Playa location (physical Bohío stores, not authorized distributors) or written to the customer service wpp at 3218347438. The garment will be evaluated to determine if it meets the warranty requirements for stitching or buttons. If it meets this condition, it will be sent for repair and returned to the customer within 8 days. The customer must provide their name, ID number, email address, and cell phone number to record the warranty.

If the warranty is made through Customer Service's WhatsApp, the customer must cover the shipping costs of the garment, which will be between 10,000 and 20,000. They do not have to pay anything additional for the repair of the garment. Bohío Playa will cover the necessary stitching and buttons.

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange for either size or design. A warranty is available for pattern wear, shrinkage, and general damage to the garment or accessory. When exchanging a garment, please note:

Shirts with printed patterns are not all exactly the same. The design is guaranteed to be as advertised in the photos, but the placement of the design elements may vary depending on the shirt. This is a process in which large-format fabrics are printed, and when the elements are cut, they are not placed in the same place on all shirts. No shirt will be the same, which makes them an even more unique garment.

BOHÍO PLAYA SAS will evaluate the case and provide a response within 5 business days after receiving the physical claim.

Please note that for any warranty evaluation request, the invoice must be attached.

If you want a refund, it will only be effective if:
